Clear Front Cabinet

Serious Q regarding hip/groin pain...?
Here's the deal: Moving a 600 lb. cabinet, 3 men (200 lbs. ea.). I'm at the front, walking backwards, One man in center, another at the rear. I've got to clear an 8" city sidewalk curb. Left heel gets tripped up upon lifting over curb. Right leg swings 180* (clockwise) to save from a fall (and dropping cabinet). All is well until 24 hrs later. Extreme pain in groin. Weakness at hip joint (right hip). All I can do is shuffle around without the sensation that my right leg is going to buckle at any moment.
What is this? Groin pull? Hyperextension of the hip? Both? Or?
Any and all advice appreciated. Plz and Thx.

is a link you should take a look at. I think you have a groin pull injury, based on what you've written.
However, since the injury was as severe as you say, the best idea is to get to a doctor to have the whole area evaluated, as you could have given yourself not just a groin pull, but other muscle tears and perhaps even a hernia- GO see a doc ASAP. DO NOT go to work, see the doc and get treatment NOW.
